How does my donation save lives today?
Your gift powers our proven 6-month Footsteps Program comprised of three successive 8-week courses, combining exercise, education and guidance to employment opportunities. Are donations tax-deductible?
Yes! OnMyFeet Ltd is an Australian registered charity (ABN: 42 174 743 623). Donations over $2 are tax-deductible, and you’ll receive a receipt for tax purposes.
How can I control my monthly donation?
You’re in full control. Update or cancel your monthly gift anytime by emailing handup@onmyfeet.org.au or calling our office on (+618) 6263 8466. Plus, we send annual impact reports so you see exactly how your ongoing heroism changes lives.
Can I honour someone with my gift?
Absolutely. Dedicate your donation in honour or memory of someone special, and we’ll send a personalised notification card to them or their family, turning your generosity into a lasting tribute.
How do I cancel my recurring donation?
Cancelling is easy and can be done at any time. Email us at handup@onmyfeet.org.au with the name and email used for your donation, and we’ll confirm cancellation in writing within 2 business days. There are no cancellation fees, and your cancellation will take effect before the next scheduled charge.
Can I increase or decrease my monthly amount?
Yes. Recurring donations are fully flexible. Request an update to your amount (or billing date) by emailing our team at handup@onmyfeet.org.au and we’ll adjust it for the next cycle.
Can I pause my donations for a period?
Yes. If circumstances change, you can pause your recurring donation for any length of time and resume when ready. Just email us and let us know your preferred pause dates, and we’ll send confirmation.
Will I receive tax receipts for my donations?
Yes. On My Feet Ltd is an Australian registered public benevolent institution with DGR1 status, so donations of $2 or more from Australian residents are tax-deductible. You will receive an email receipt for each donation, and we can also provide a consolidated annual tax statement for EOFY to support your tax return.
Is my payment information secure, and what payment methods are accepted?
All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We never store full card details on our servers. We accept major credit/debit cards and can support other methods (e.g., direct debit) on request. If you have any security or payment method questions, our team can help you choose the best option.
