Board of Directors
Chairman & Founder
Keegan founded On My Feet in late 2014 as an avid ultra-marathon and marathon runner. Keegan’s love for running and the benefits it brought him inspired the idea of encouraging those who were homeless to be active and use running as a tool to develop the soft skills needed to gain employment and get back on their feet.
Outside of On My Feet, Keegan has founded an education business and worked with KPMG, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, prior to joining Hire Intelligence International in 2001 where he is now Managing Director. Keegan holds two Masters degrees, has completed executive management programs at Harvard University and the University of Oxford, twice represented Australia in age group triathlon world championships and is a “40 under 40” Award winner.
Ayden, a Project Lead in the Hospital Operations team at St John of God Health Care, joined On My Feet’s board in 2017.
Prior to joining the board, Ayden was first involved with On My Feet as a student participant in the inaugural Social Enterprise Program in his final year of a Commerce double major at the University of Notre Dame Australia.
Ayden and his program partner won the 12-week competition, following which, Ayden was asked to join On My Feet’s senior team as an Operations Manager to grow and develop the Social Enterprise Program. One year later, Ayden was asked to join the board to lead senior management and help develop and implement a new vision and strategy for On My Feet.
Beyond On My Feet, Ayden has a strong passion for sport, in particular Australian Rules Football. Ayden has represented Western Australia and South Fremantle in the WAAFL and WAFL respectively and was a John Worsfold Medallist in 2012. Ayden is currently training to complete the 2019 TCS New York Marathon whilst fundraising for On My Feet.
John joined On My Feet as a Non-executive Director following his passion for running and helping those less fortunate.
As current Head Coach of the Essendon Football Club, premiership captain and coach of the West Coast Eagles and past chairman of the AFL Coaches Association, John has a wealth in leadership experience and understands the impact sport and exercise can have on your life.
John provides the board with valuable insight into the organisation’s direction and strategy and occasionally volunteers with the Melbourne Walking Group.
John’s teaching career saw him teach at various prestigious independent schools in the UK, Adelaide and Perth, where he was Headmaster at Hale School from 1989 to 2002. John is a former Director of the Western Australian Institute of Sport and Fremantle Football Club.
A former Australian Test and Sheffield Shield cricketer, John represented Western Australia and South Australia between 1962 to 1985.
Following his retirement from First Class cricket, John was named as the new full-time Chairman of Selectors for Cricket Australia in 2011.
