This last week of training has been extremely tough for me and there is constant battle I seem to have with balance. This week our family cat was knocked over which was very traumatic and I moved back to home so I could take it to the vet. So it was a disrupted week with me eating badly and not fitting in as much training as I wanted to. I felt really down and on top of it missed my Thursday training session with On My Feet because of a meeting I had to attend. They sent me lots of encouraging messages and kept on reminding me of how far I have come. At least I continued to go to the gym every day and also managed several 5 km runs. Next week can only be better – and I certainly hope to add in more kays!
